The Center for Reiki Wellness & Hypnosis provides Clinical Hypnosis and Regression Hypnosis for the purpose of letting go of limiting beliefs and old patterns that you decide no longer benefit you. You will receive a CD recording of your session at the time of your appointment. Under Hypnosis you will NEVER do anything that is against your morals. You are in complete control and can awaken yourself at any time.

A: During Hypnosis, you are in an altered state of Alpha-Theta. You are NOT wide awake (Beta) and you are NOT deep asleep (Delta). Your eyes are closed, you are deeply relaxed, you are very aware of your surroundings, and you are able to talk and respond to the Hypnotist’s questions. You are in complete control.

A: During Regression Hypnosis (back in THIS LIFE or a PAST LIFE) you are removing the “filter” to your subconscious. Your subconscious is like a computer and remembers all thoughts/feelings, memories, and events across this life and other past lives.
