Our brand new facility accommodates your event and meeting needs for clubs, organizations, and businesses.


The meeting/training room is fully equipped with: wireless internet, digital projector, sound system, chairs and tables. Use of the Kitchen and Reception Area is also included in the rental.

Rental Rates

• Room is Rented in 4.5 Hour Blocks to include your setup, event, and tear down/clean up.
  
• You may rent more than one block to accommodate your rental needs for the day.
  
• Each block is a $75 rental fee payable at time of booking. Discounts apply for on-going weekly rentals.
  

Services such as Meditation and Wellness Speakers are priced according to your group's needs. Call (585) 313-3454 to schedule these services.

There is No Charge for Tables and Chairs. Additional charges for room setup/tear down may apply.

There is No Charge for the rental of the Digital Projector. It is recommended for you to test your laptop with our Digital Projector before your meeting date. The Awakening Training Facility is not responsible for technical difficulties the day of your event nor incompatibility with our equipment.

Policies

Right to Refuse Rental
Awakening Wellness Center & Training Facility has the right to refuse rental of meeting room to any individual or organization.

Reschedule Policy 
There is No Charge to reschedule event date within 48 hours of booking room rental.
There after a $50 rescheduling fee applies. 

Cancellation Policy 
There are no refunds given on Room Rentals due to event cancellation.

Damages to Property/Theft
The individual renting the room is responsible for damages to the property and theft.
