"Upon my arrival, Cyndy explained the process, made me feel at ease, and answered all of my questions. In the session, we did a past life regression, which was an intense sensory experience. I saw vivid details of people and places, but what surprised me the most was that I was able to name specific places in foreign countries (including spelling them accurately), as well as provide the dates of specific events. I had never heard of the town before and did not know if it was a real place. In my past life, I recalled the death of a parent, which brought me to tears. This too was unexpected, but the feelings of grief were genuine. I felt no ill effects during the session, other than sadness for the loss and there were no lingering effects after the session had ended.

What is a Past Life Session Like with Cyndy ...

During our online Zoom Meeting, you will be in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed by people or pets. We will start by understanding what you would like to explore in a Past Life. You can explore any Past Life that brings understanding to This Life on what influences you, or restricts you, or motivates you. Or maybe you have something specific such as "has a person been in any of my past lives" or a fear you have.

 

Next, I will answer any questions or concerns you have about Hypnosis. During the hypnosis portion you will be slightly reclined and wearing headsets. You will experience a mini hypnosis session to practice perceiving through your mind's eye. We will discuss what you experienced. Now it is time for you to go into a Past Life that you would like to explore. It is like sending out a Google statement to your subconscious which is like a computer.

 

In the Past Life, you will tell me what you are sensing whether it comes as images, words, or feelings. You will know what year it is, geographic location you are in, whether you are male or female, your name, and what you are doing in this Past Life. I will move you through your past life to events or situations that are important for you to know. If healing is needed, I will send healing energy to release the emotions.

 

After you have experienced your Past Life, you will explore your Higher Self where you will meet one of your Spirit Guides who loves, guides, and teaches you. Your Spirit Guide will bring guidance on how the Past Life relates to This Life, this life's purpose, and other questions you may have.

 

After leaving the hypnotic state, we will debrief on what you just experienced. Upon request, you can have the audio recording of your Past Life emailed to you.
