YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH CYNDY You will receive an email to complete the "NEW REIKI CLIENT - INTAKE FORM". Submit this form no later than 24 hours before your appointment in order for Cyndy to get prepared for your session. Please check your Spam folder for this important email. FOR YOUR SESSION Bring a pad and pen to your appointments for information that will be shared. You will want to be in a quiet room in your home where you will not be disturbed by people or pets so you can lay down and relax. Cyndy will initiate the phone call to the number you provided. Your session begins with listening to what you would like to work on in your Reiki healing journey. I will read your 7 Chakras with a Pendulum and explain their current state. Next, will be the Reiki treatment. Intuitive messages will come to me in various parts of your session. Post discussion is sharing experiences that occurred during your session. You will receive Tools to put in your Reiki Toolbox to use in between your Reiki Sessions. I bring attention to detail, "connecting the dots", passion, and patience in guiding you through your Reiki healing journey. Bring your note pad for all this! :-) YOUR FOLLOW UP REIKI SESSIONS WITH CYNDY As you continue on your Reiki journey, each Reiki Session is unique for what you need that day ... peeling away another layer of healing the known and the unknown. Cyndy will check in on how you have felt since your last Reiki appointment, discuss what you would like to work on during this appointment, and will continue to share Tools, Resources, and Intuitive Messages. Reiki Sessions are accumulative in nature and are best to be scheduled once a week or every two weeks during your treatment plan. Negative energy is getting released and higher vibration energy is coming into your body to become the new way of being. Once you are feeling where you want to be, you can keep a two week schedule or move to a monthly schedule to maintain balance/wellness or deal with whatever life brings up. You will feel the shift and clients say their family and friends notice the change in them too.
